damn, can't find recipe, can you help?

I could have sworn I saw it here. I believe the recipe was somehow connected to pioneer woman but I don't think it was one of hers. It had meatballs in a white sauce.  Ingredients included condensed milk, onions, hamburger, etc. and it was served over egg noodles?
