Should I be concerned? Pregnacny related....

I have been having period type cramping in the lower tummy and pain in the upper tummy about 3-4 inches below my breast slightly towards the center of (not quit in the center between the breasts more towards the right)  The lower area- cramping isn't too bad but the upper area is pretty painful espically when laughing.  It is not constant it has came and gone for the past 2-3 days but will linger for an hour or 2 at times. My back is also killing me.

Where in your back? Upper or lower? if its upper i would say the top pain is maybe gallbladder related...and sometimes that can cause BH
