Am I crazy for even considering this?! (re: T-Ball for DS)

DS LOVES baseball and I've been searching everywhere to find a T-Ball league for his age. I finally found one about 45 mins away. Two of his good friends will be playing as well and we can ask to be put on the same team as them. Also, one of their dads is going to help coach and can help keep an eye on DS. It starts June 12 and goes for 7 weeks, I'm due July 5. I'll be a scheduled C-Section probably 6/28 or 6/29 and there's no games on July 3. All the games will be either 9, 10, or 11am.

 So, am I crazy to be considering putting DS in it and possibly taking a newborn to the games? FWIW, the July 10 game, DH will be off and could take DS if I don't feel like going with the baby. I was kind of worried about the heat but then the sports director called me and told me the times of the games which would be better for the heat aspect. Also, getting two ready to go and out the door by just after 8am may be difficult. WDYT? It's only $54, so I'm really tempted to do it.

My opinion is to do it.  Honestly, if he missed a game or two or was late because of what you talked about on those games, it wouldn't be a big deal and he'd still get to play on the other days. If you were able to make it to those games, then great!  He will probably love it!

We were out and about tons when Kate was just a couple of weeks old.  We were able to be out by 8am alot of days (J was in his dayhome, appointments, etc.)  Somedays I was barely functioning, but we could do it. I am not a morning person at all during the best of times=P  

Kate was attached to my boob, so I would probably spend the majority of time in a chair with her eating during the game, but whatever. 

Our life didn't stop alot after Kate was born.  So, I would probably do it.

I'd do it.  We are signing DS up for T-Ball too, although our games are in the evenings.  I think if he misses a game or two, its not the end of the world.
