I started a blog - read my first entry!

Okay - I am a total novice here and so this is super bare bones for now.  All I did was picka format and write an entry.  I hope to figure out how to add bells and whistles to it later. And pics and stuff, but I thought some of you might enjoy my first entry.  It has some fun moments - really long though.  I need to figure out how to be more concises I think.

Yeah - too long I suspect.  I was trying to do a full day.  Maybe I need to split things up so people can actually get through an entry!
