  • I ate carrot cake.  For no reason.  It was someone's birthday and I didn't need to eat it and i did.  Why carrot cake, why, did you taunt me so.  And i didn't count my points.  And my mom and bro are coming into town and we're planning all sorts of eat-outs.  This is a dangerous week.

  • Food: 5 - stayed under my daily points yesterday.  I have been really following the WW plan - trying to eat "filling" foods that are high protein, high fiber...and it is working!  I have found that I am definitely more satisfied during and in between meals. 

    Activity: 1 - I was supposed to work out last night but got home late and by the time I had put L down it was already 8:15 - and I really wanted to watch Glee.  Sigh.  No workout for me.

    Motivation: 3 - I feel like I've got my eating under control but really need to figure out how to incorporate exercise back into my routine.  This week has been busy and I just haven't had the motivation to wake up early to work out and then the nights have been too crazy.  

    I stepped on the scale this morning and saw a great number - I'm hoping it stays that way until Sunday!!

  • Food 4I did well yesturday and I really like tracking what my intake is.

    Activity 2 I really need to figure out the best time to workout. I have the time it is just making myself do it.

    Motivation 3 I would feel better if I did something.

    I have not stepped on the scale in about 10 days because it is crazy. I am going to wait until I get a new one.

  • I'll go with all 5s for yesterday. I was slightly under my calories and did a 45min walk.

    Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.): I broke down and had a pita last night. I'm trying ot eat Gluten free, and have been since early this weekend. No upset stomachs or any other issues, and for me to go more than a day without an issue is a big deal! So I ate some pita with hummus last night ... had (TMI) diarrhea all night. Now, is that because of the pita or the PG? Who knows, but I am certainly going to try to stick with gluten free!
