What other food choices do I need?

Maren's bday is from 10-12 and is a brunch.  We are having doughnuts, egg casserole, fruit salad, pigs in a blanket, and cake.  I feel like I need something else though.  What are some other (easy) ideas?  A pasta salad?

  • Some sort of potato dish?

  • You can do a bagel bar - that is what we did for DS's 2nd birthday. Lots of bagels, cheese slices, lox, cream cheese, egg salad, etc etc etc.

  • Something potato, maybe some other 'main' dish for those that don't eat eggs, a few more nibbles....

  • Good idea.  Like a hash brown casserole or something.  I was thinking muffins, but it just seems like a lot of bready items.  I wasn't sure if I needed something lunch-ish since it is a brunch.
  • I agree with Devon, do a bagel bar.

  • I'd do some kind of green salad and maybe a potato dish.
