Anyone else live in a bad luck house?

Luck around here has been pretty shittty lately since we moved into our new house

Almost couldn't close on the house, was able too, but couldn't live in the house for a week because they previous owners couldn't get the CO for the house.

MIL falls off a step ladder while helping paint our kitchen and breaks 4 ribs.

Stucco is in need of repair and turns out we need to demo the succo and side the house instead

Sink backs up, call a plumber and says "WOW, I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner." Pipes are covered in grease (not by me or DH) and barely anything can go down the drain.

Kitchen needs to be redone (knew that buying the house, but could live with it for a year or so) but cabinets fall a part and off the wall causing us to have to buy new cabinets

My mom dies

I lost my job today.

I need to move.

Priest has been called. 

I forgot,  we found out we were pregnant too (not bad luck, just unexpected, complete blessing however.)

oh my goodness!  I was just thinking bad luck until the part about your mom and job.....I'm so sorry. What a nightmare going thru all that, then losing your mom and job.  (((Hugs)))  Hopefully things really turn around now.
