Okay to start putting LO in a shopping cart? and did you have a shopping cart cover?

Whenever Ry could sit up pretty well. We used a cover just for the comfort.

We've been doing it for about a month now and since DS is putting everything in his mouth, we do have a cover.  I'm not usually a germophobe but some of the people I see at the grocery store....well lets just say I don't know where their hands have been.

I put Drew in at 6 months.  He sat up pretty early and was very stable at that point.

I don't have a cover.  I try to remember to wipe off the handle with the wipes they have at the store.  I'm pretty laid back about the whole germ thing.  I did, however, tuck a blanket in with him at first to fill up some space.

i started when he could sit up independently and I have gone both ways... used a shopping cart cover and not used one.  I prefer to use one, but in a clinch I will buckle him in w/o one.

We just started and I only use a cover for cushion and padding.

Those carts are super sized these days!

We started a few weeks ago, and we use a shopping cart cover every time.  I never thought I would use one, but the thought of him touching the cart is disgusting
