Whole Foods Organic Hot Dogs Okay?

They don't have nitrates and are organic.  They're fine, right?  What do you think?

Funny you posted this because I just bought some yesterday. I told DH I had to give them a try because there is no way I'll make it through the summer with hot dogs!

My OB said that these were the way to go if I were going to eat a hot dog. He said once in awhile should be just fine.

My hubby works in the meat dept/seafood dept at Whole Foods, and he says yes they are OKAY!

This. But I'd avoid any street-side hotdog stands.

But I'm not a fan of hotdogs.

My doc said hotdogs are fine as long as you dont eat them everyday!  On occasion they are fine, he was concerned with the sodium levels and suggested drinking extra water....He said if you crave a hotdog, EAT ONE!
