I used the amazon.com registry and added things from all over the internet.  It worked really well, and I'm using their registry again this time to keep track of the things we need.

I registered at diaperjunction because I found them to have the best variety. I would have loved to register at Green Mountain, but they don't have an insite registry. We'll just get our prefolds there.

www.abbyslane.com has a registry with all the cloth diaper stuff, but also Ergo Carrier, Pedipeds shoes and some other stuff. Plus she has free shipping!

We also had success with Amazon because people knew the name and already knew how to use the site.  And if they didn't want to buy CDs we could still register for other cool stuff that wasn't available at places like Target and BRU.  Oh, and Free Super Saver Shipping is a plus...
