Is this a growth spurt?

DD is just a little over 4 weeks. Last night she was really fussy, like she wasn't feeling good. Today, she's been nursing every 2 hours on the dot and has slept most of the day in between feedings and changings. She also has seemed sweaty. I thought they didn't go through a growth spurt until 6 weeks, so I feel like it's a little early. But all of the signs say growth spurt to me. What do you ladies think? And if it is a growth spurt, how long will it last?

For my DS growth spurts usually lasted a few days to a week.  Sounds like a growth spurt to me.

The ages are just guidelines but babies can go through them anytime.  Every baby is different, my child does NOT sleep when he's going through a growth spurt but eats very often and is fussy.  Sounds like she probably is going through a spurt and should only last a couple of days.  Usually for us the first day is the worst and then it gets a lot better by the second day.
