I need some ideas for this week. DS2 is a great sleeper only getting up a couple of times a night but DS1 is getting up once as well right in between DS2 getting up. It's finally catching up and I can't bear to think about what to cook for dinner this week. Help a tired girl out.

Re: What's for dinner?
Tonight is California BLTs (just add avocado) and garlic/parmesan fries.
Tues: Cleokitty's sticky chicken and collard greens
Weds: Chicken salad with leftovers and probably just chips/pretzels/etc.
Thur: Lobster on the grill and artichoke gratinata
Fri: Pizza
Black beans and rice w/shredded cheese, avocado and salsa.
Other things I tenatively have planned for week and a half or so:
Grilled mahi mahi w/mango salsa and rice
Beef brisket w/mashed potatoes and a salad
BBQ sandwiches (leftover brisket shredded + BBQ sauce), baked sweet potatoes, green beans
Frozen pizza and a salad
Lemon chicken and broccoli
Some kind of stir-fry with random veggies and a little bit of meat w/rice
Tonight, lemon and rosemary chicken breasts (a variation of https://fortheloveofcooking-recipes.blogspot.com/2009/05/lemon-and-basil-chicken-breasts.html just using rosemary instead of basil) and mashed potatoes.
Tomorrow, grilled pork if it's nice enough to grill outside. Either steamed broccoli or roasted asparagus on the side. If it's not nice enough to grill, we'll make tonkatsu out of the pork.
Wednesday, probably slow cooker bbq chicken, again with either broccoli or asparagus (whatever we don't use the night before) and rice.
Beyond that I'm not sure, honestly. Probably leftovers one night and soup another night (I've been on a tomato soup kick lately).

Tonight: tuna noodle casserole
Tuesday: chicken cordon bleu
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: enchiladdas
Friday: Pizza
Tonight: Sloppy Joes with corn on the cob and baked beans w/chips
Tomorrow: Chicken Alfredo (homemade sauce) and green beans
Wednesday: We go over my mom's for dinner (I think she is having Chop Suey).
Thursday: Taco Salad
Friday: No idea
I wish DS2 would sleep longer than he does. I'm lucky to get a 3 hour stretch out of him and then we have nights like last night that he was up every 1.5 hours and then up between 3-4 (not going back to sleep for that entire hour). I'm beat too!
Tonight- yellow curry over jasmine rice with a side of roasted broccoli spears
tomorrow- turkey bean chili with grilled cheese sandwiches
weds- moe's
thurs- ham and veggie frittata with a salad
Yum, this sounds delish! What's in the mango-avocado salad?
Monday: Enchiladas
Tuesday: Meatloaf
Wednesday: Spaghetti w/ turkey meatballs
That's as far as I've gotten
I don't meal plan, but here is what we ate the last 2 days:
Sunday - grilled salmon, basmati rice medley and steamed broccoli
Monday - whole grain pasta, marinara, grilled shrimp and eggplant
Kelly Monaghan's 5K - 5/15/11 - 3rd Place in AG
Walk the Talk 5K - 5/18/11 - 31:12 PR
Ridley Run 3.1 - 4/14/12 - 1st race of the year, 32:45
Tonight: frittata w/side salad
Tues: roasted chix breast w/roasted broccoli and cauliflower
Wed: chix salad
Thurs: tacos
Fri: making DH think of and cook something
Tonight is easy ranch chicken in the crockpot with egg noodles and either brussel sprouts or corn & peas.
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours. I put some of the sauce over the noodles and the chicken.
