What can I do with my kid?

 DD1 has pink eye. She is home from daycare, and the cleaners just came. I want to go somewhere but can't think of anywhere I can take her, other than a movie and there are no G rated movies playing in near us. I can't take her anywhere there are other kids because she's contagious. Any ideas?

This is what I would probably do and hope she'd fall asleep.

Thanks. Yes she's on antibiotics. Maybe we'll for for a walk but skip the usual playground stop.

You probably already know this, but once she's been on the antibiotic for 24 hours she shouldn't be contagious any more.

If she looks horrible and it's still within that 24 hour period, then a walk might be best. I hope she feels better soon! Pink eye is no fun.

Thanks. We are planning to send her to daycare tomorrow, assuming she looks okay in the morning. I am not complaining- last year (her first winter in daycare), she got it 4 times.

We went for a hike. It was wonderful.
