I have a great supply and Tessa rarely empties a breast (I alternate for feedings). I'm concerned she's not getting the hindmilk. Do you think I should just pump?
She eats every 3 hrs or so through the day but in the evening, she eats like every 1.5hr. But she sleeps well @ night - like 8-9hrs w/ only one feeding.
Re: not emptying the breast
Are you seeing signs that she's not getting hindmilk? Green poop, extra gassy, etc, etc? If not, then I wouldn't worry about it.
It may feel like your breast isn't 'empty' but if she's not showing any other symptoms and is doing well, then I'd say she's getting enough hindmilk.
