Hey, can you give me the dosage for Claire for infant Motrin and Tylenol?  She is 26 pounds.  Thanks!!

    Weight in Kg 11.8      
    Motrin Dose 118mg 3.0 ml
    Tylenol MIN 118mg 1.2 ml
    Tylenol MAX 177mg 1.8 ml
         
    Motrin Dose is for INFANT suspension "50mg per 1.25ml"     
    Tylenol Dose is for Concentrated INFANT "80mg per 0.8ml"
