I actually planned this week as part of my new "working on my procrastination" stuff
Monday- Veggie pizza and salad
Tuesday- Grilled Pork Chops, corn on the cob, and twice baked potatoes
Wednesday- Basil Chicken Foil Packets, butter beans, and tomato and cucumber salad
Thursday- Hamburgers and Sweet Potato Fries
Friday- Tostado's and beans
Re: WFD this week?
Since last week was Lab Week and we ate so much at lunch (I didn't even eat 2 nights!), most my WFD menu last week has been moved to this one
Tonight--Chik-fil-a--free nuggets thanks to a coupon
Tuesday--Calzones
Wednesday--Chicken Alfredo
Thursday--Quesadillas, Black Beans
Friday--Grilled Pork Chops, Brown Rice
Monday - Spaghetti and Meatballs
Tuesday - Hamburger steak with onions and gravy and mixed veggies (steam in a bag kind)
Wed - Western Omelets and Toast
Thurs - Shake and Bake Chicken, frozen mixed veggies
Fri - Chicken Quesadillas, mexican rice, black beans
Mon- turkey and rice casserole, green beans
Tues-rigatoni and meatballs, broccoli
Wed- orange balsamic chicken, sage butter pasta, peas
Thurs- raid the fridge (we'll take leftovers to heat up before the prenatal class downtown)
Fri- homemade (turkey) pepperoni pizza, salad
Keeping in mind that I can only be counted on to cook about 3 meals a week (sometimes but rarely 4), here's what I'm planning... (rest of the time is leftovers, sandwhiches, eating out, whatevs).
Chicken parmesean w/ whole grain blend pasta and salad
Bake pork chops w/ golden onion gravy, yellow rice, and green beans
Sloppy joes (homemade w/ ground turkey, no manwich over here) and steak fries
I always serve sloppy joes w/ steak cut potatoes seasoned w/ my own special blend. But someone mentioned the sweet potato fries and I've been hearing lots about them. Haven't tried them, interested, and wondering if my DH would be on board. Recipe anyone? Or is it just straight up slice and bake? Or fry? Help!
Yay! I was just about to post this!
