Cooperative Childbirth Education focuses on the mother?s innate ability to give birth while providing evidence based information and caring support to her and her family. Classes on topics such as: *Pain coping strategies and techniques specific to you *Creating a positive birth environment *The anatomy and physiology of birth *Nutrition *Cesarean Birth and Prevention *Birth support basics and massage techniques *Breastfeeding *Newborn care Cost of the full 8 week course $300 *each class lasts 2 hours
