They are looking mainly for daytime help and some weeknights plus weekends. It's a good company to work for and an awesome discount to have. Pretty much the only reason I still work at PB is for the discount because you get it for all their brands: PB, PBK, WS, and WE.  Plus it's a nice break and a chance to interact with adults

I'd probably spend everything shopping too, but I'm intrigued. Do any of their stores do commission? Or pay above $10 an hour? I would love to do it as a supplement to my business, but didn't think it would pay enough.

Same here.  I would love to do some summer retail, but I know I'd just end up shopping on the clock.

I would seriously consider working there a few hours a day just for the discount. Isn't it like 40%?  I just wish they had some stores up north.

It was 40% when I worked at PB, it was GREAT!  I pretty much only worked for the discount.  The people were great too, I really liked the company.

They do have the regular PB store at the Arboretum ...

Sorry for the late reply.  There is no commission, just an hourly rate and it would probably be under $10/hr because the very generous discount is considered part of the compensation.  There is only one PBK in Austin at BC, but there is a PB store at the Arboretum, just not sure if they are hiring.
