I love how cute and little my DD is, but boy, is she a handful! She is a terrible napper, wants to keep me in sight at all times, doesn't let others hold her (sometimes not even DH), and wants to use my breasts as a teether. She is difficult to say the least. I felt like I had about three weeks where she was sleeping good and I finally had control over my life, then teething happened and all was lost. Plus, she rolls over in her sleep and wakes up crying for me to turn her back over! I hate thinking it, but I am waiting for her to become a toddler and become a little less difficult. I feel guilty because this is the best time, when she is sweet and tiny and learning new things. Anyone else? This just isn't what I was expecting!
Re: Sort of wishing DD would just grow up already
Dont feel bad at all.. I feel the same way... LO wont let anyone else hold her either and leaving her at her grandmothers so I can run errands is awful.. she not only crys but screams while I'm gone... and teething is just plain HELL... she is difficult as well... I hope for the two of us things get better...
