Intro/Re-Intro (long, sorry!)

Hi everybody!  My name's Sunny and I used to post some on the AL Nest board back when I first moved down here in 2006-07.  I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio (I'm a Yankee... guilty as charged!) and moved down after I married my husband who's from Georgia and Alabama originally.  We moved down here in late 2006 and built our first home in late 2008!  We live in the McCalla area (halfway between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa) and love it! 

I've been married for 5 years (next month!) and we've been TTC since we got married.  Unfortunately I have a few issues that keep us from being able to conceive, but we hope to be able to start treatments in January if everything goes as planned!  I spend most of my time over on the Infertility board and occasionally lurk here.  Sometimes it's too hard to see people I used to post with on the AL Nest board having their second in less time than I have been trying for my first, but it's not their fault that I have infertility and I'm trying to not be bitter about it!  Does anyone remember the Bama Babies check-in we used to have??  I think several of you used to be in it with me. 

 I haven't really felt like I could join you all here since I don't yet have my Bama Baby, but Lydia said I should post since there are several of you here who are TTC.  While we are past TTC normally, I still hold out hope that we will be in that fraction of a percentage who will still get pregnant without medical assistance even with my diagnoses. 

If you read all this, you deserve a cookie!!  Another thing you'll learn about me is I'm incredibly long-winded.  ;-)  Looking forward to posting on things that I can chime in on soon!  If anyone has any questions for me, feel free to ask!

This board is super -- they even let me hang around while we were waiting for my daughter to arrive, even though I wasn't pregnant!  We went through lots of different IF treatments as well, and ended up adopting.  I hope you will stick around!

Hey girl!!  Welcome back!  I remember you from the AL nest board and from SAIF.  I'm glad that you get to start treatments soon (sorry, that sounds weird to say, but....).  It's good to see you again!
