out of all of them I like #2.  But the only one I wouldn't do is number 1.  all the other ones allow for the receiver to cut off the invite part and keep a pic of your son up or put it in a frame.

So cute!!!

I would go with #2.  #1 is super cute as well...but like the PP said, #2 allows the people to cut that pic off and hang it/frame it.  If you think the people being invited would like that, I would go with #2.
