DD is 7 months old and I have been making her baby food myself so far. I haven't gotten to peaches yet though because I've had such a hard time finding them since they aren't in season right now. I decided to just buy a few bags of frozen peaches. Any tips on how to cook these before pureeing? I'm guessing just thaw then steam, but I'd rather bake the peaches if possible. Ideas on temp/time? TIA!

I just bought frozen peaches too, but haven't made them yet. I'm wondering if you even need to steam them. If you thaw them, wouldn't they be soft enough to just puree them?
I could be totally wrong though.
I just steam them directly from the freezer...I don't bother to defrost them.
