    Activity: 1 - didn't work out last night.  I've really got to get back on track with that.  This week has been exhausting.

  • Food: 4..went over my calories by 100 Activity: 1..I didn't work out last night but I cleaned the house this morning and we're on the way to the SA zoo, so I'll do a lot of walking today Motivation: 5..I saw a good number when I got on the scale this morning..hopefully it will stay there or go down by my official weigh-in on Monday

    I had lunch at an event yesterday and the choices were tuna salad or chicken salad wraps.  Not great for teh calories, but they were icky so I didn't eat too much.  I did have a cookie though.

    Today, I'm sick - AGAIN!  I slept until about 3 so i haven't really eaten yet.  Husband and I used a DineonDemand gift certificate to order dinner (he's sick too) so let's just say it isn't healthy.
