Help pls - Teacher Appreciation menu

I need to come up with the menu for the Teacher Appreciation Lunch. There are 13 teachers. Main course is meatless lasagna and fried chicken. We need to be specific so that we can create a sign up sheet for parents to bring in the remaining items...

So far I have:

Mixed salad and dresing

Loaf garlic bread

Potato salad

Cole slaw

Macaroni & cheese

Dessert (2)

Is that enough? Too much? Other suggestions??

I might add veggie and fruit platters.  It all sounds yummy!
