Help me out regarding jogging strollers

What's the difference betw one that has a swivel wheel, or one that doesn't?  I'm looking to buy a used one off CL. 

Also what brands do you recommend - I probably won't be getting a BOB since I'm looking to spend <$75 - I just want something for walks around the neighborhood, walks around Zilker park, etc.  I won't be using this for running.

if you are ONLY going to use it for walking, I would DEFINITELY get one w/ a swivel wheel.

if it has a fixed wheel and you are using it for walking, it is very difficult to steer. very difficult.

ditto mc- you want the swivel for walking.  I think the lock is mainly for hardcore running.

Right now I only use my jogger and double joggers for walking and I always have the wheel unlocked so it can swivel.

I've only used it for a little over a year and it's in pretty good condition, I just don't run very often.
