Therapy=super fail

I met with my therapist yesterday.  She goes on vacation this week and won't be back till May 4th.  Awesome.

I have to get a med evaluation for them to continue my Zoloft script.  The next med eval is May 13th.  Even better.

I think I'm going to find another place to get help.

Ask her for a referral for someone you can see and talk to while she's gone. I'm sure she must have a colleague she uses for times like these (it would be odd to think that she would leave her patients for 2 weeks without resources).

Yes, please don't just remain quiet. Ask someone, tell them you are concerned and don't want to feel like you don't have any lifeline in the interim. *hugs*
