How do you make your mac and cheese?  DH will be out again tomorrow night...the kids would love that too.  But the recipe I have is ridiculously complicated, and I have no time for that tonight. I don't think they would notice if I made it with gluten free pasta either, so I can actually eat.

I've made it a few different ways...but if you want super easy-just boil some macaroni noodles and put them in a baking dish and mix in shredded cheese, a little milk, and a few dots of butter.  Cover it and bake it @ 375ish for 30-45 min.  I take the foil off at the end for a few and sprinkle some more cheese on top and let it get bubbly.
