Ok I must have missed it somewhere. What did she say??
Here's what she said about IF treatments:
"I believe in God and I have a lot of faith in that, so I just felt like you don't mess with things like that. And I guess deep down I really felt like either this is not going to happen for me or it is. You know what I mean? And if it is, it will. And if it's not, it's not going to".

EXACTLY!!!! This has been all over the IF board the past few months. Apparently she was even spotted at Cornell going for treatments. I don't care if you don't want to discuss your IF issues with the world, but don't make asinine statements like that and pretend you naturally had twins at 40+ years old.

Exactly! And boy/girl twins to boot!
It really grinds my gears.

I will say I really can't stand J Lo. She's a horrible actress and singer. I don't know or care if she had IUI or IVF or whatnot or whether she lied about it, but I will say that the older the mother, the more eggs she tends to release during one cycle, and FRATERNAL twins are much much more common in women over 40. She could be teling the truth. She's also an idiot.
She's giving infertility a bad name, much like dumba$$ octomom and the like. I don't appreciate that ONE bit, nor do I agree that fertility isn't something you should mess with.
I'm a Christian. I believe that God is in control whether it's through our bodies or through the hands of doctors. IVF done in a responsible way still cherishes life, and conception will happen only if He determines it. You may or may not agree with that; that's my opinion...
