My LO had been going to bed between 9:30-10:00 but two nights in the last two weeks has been getting so tired that he has gotten himself all worked up to the point of throwing up. I guess I am missing the cues. :-(
My DD goes to bed between 8:30 and 9:30, depending on how busy the day was and how she napped that day. We try to sit and cuddle with her for a little while at the end of the day, so she usually gets pretty sleepy while we're doing that
Bedtime varies because I put him down after his last bottle - he is on a 4 hour feeding schedule (FF). Last night his last bottle was at 10:15pm, so he was asleep by approx 10:45pm - he didn't finish his bottle! Other nights his last bottle is closer to 9pm, so then he goes down by 9:30pm. I have debated started a regular sleeping time because for example if he has a bottle at 6pm and then I put him down at 8pm (if that is the time we want to make bedtime) he will just wake up 2 hours later to feed, so I would rather keep him with us until his next bottle so he can get a good 4 hours of sleep if not more. Does that makes sense?

Have you tried starting your bedtime routine earlier? DD was going to bed at about 10 for a while and it took forever to get her down, and she'd throw some pretty big fits. Now, I start turning the lights off at 7 and try to put her down by 8.
DD will be 11 weeks tomorrow. We start getting ready for bed between 7:30 & 8. She is generally asleep within 15 minutes of being put down. She usually wakes up at about 3 to eat and then 6:30 to start her day.
My LO usually naps in her swing from about 7:30-8:30 (we eat dinner, clean up, etc.) and then we start her bedtime routine (bath, book, bottle - I pump while DH gives her the bottle). She's usually out by 9:30. She used to sleep until about 6:30 but since we stopped swaddling her, she's been getting up at 4:30. Then she sleeps again until about 8:30. No complaints here!
