Waking after falling asleep

Hi, Ladies,

DS has begun over the last 2 weeks to wake about 30-45 mins after being put down for the night.  All I have to do is stick his pacifier in his mouth, but I'm scared that if that's the way to have him fall asleep, he'll start needing that in the middle of the night if he happens to wake.  Anyone else dealt with this?  Should I be worried?  Should I just give him the paci and go on with life or do I need to try something different?

    Mine does this too. Every. Single. Night. And naps too.

    I have heard that some babies wake when they go from light sleep to deep sleep.

    Yup, this was Hailey about a month ago. She never used to wake up and then one day it was every 45 minutes... So, we took it away and did CIO. Worked great - she sleeps 13 hours straight. No looking for a paci.

    I weaned off the paci for this very same reason. I'd start ASAP if I were you. GL!
