Moving service?

Have any of you lovely ladies used a moving service that you can recommend? I would LOVE if they could pack and move.

When we moved about two years ago, we used this service on the recommendation of a co-worker that has also used them recently:

We got two younger guys (early to mid 20's) including a huge moving truck for 3 hours for $300. We didn't have them pack for us, but I assume they also provide this service. They did a really good job (we moved from a 2nd floor apartment into a 3 story townhouse, so they had their work cut out for them). Based on our research, this was a really good deal!

One thing to note, is that Oregon has regulations for movers, and properly licensed movers can all only charge the same hourly rate for moving. It's mandated sort of the same way taxi drivers are.. So keep an eye out for that. I can't remember what the hourly rate is, legally.. but I know that Master Movers (at least they did 2 years ago) adhere to this law.
