My sister made FB profiles for her dogs

Tongue Tied

Really... and she wants me to be their "friends".  Someone has WAY too much time on her hands.

  • I hope the dogs don't play Mafia Wars.
  • Indifferent Did you confirm? Will she go on and post as them?

  • There's fun to be had with this, IMO.
  • My sister did this too!  I ignored the friend request from her dog.

  • Some people's pets are their "kids"...is your sister one of these people?  We have friends that have professional photos taken of their dogs and send as Christmas cards.  It's fun to see what outfits they'll have have on each year.

I guess you'd just answer back the way you would if you were talking to her dogs in person?  "Get down, go lay down, do you want a treat?".  lol

  • You should tell her about dogster.com instead. It's for people with dogs (like my sister who updates her dogs' stuff way too often, and then sends me a link to it).

Duh, everyone knows, dogs play Farmville.

  • Is your sister married and does she have kids?

I have a friend who is in her 40's, never married, no kids.  She just gets weirder and weirder as time passes.  I'm down to only talking to her 2-3 times a year because when I do, she insists I talk to her cats over the phone.  And not just for a second.  When her cats start meowing, I can hear her in the background saying "Oh, Kitty, you have so much to say today!" and she will just hold the phone up to the cat for like, 10 minutes or so.  I'm not exagerating.  It's AT LEAST 10 freaking minutes of meowing.  I finally got smart, when the cat starts meowing, I just hand the phone to one of my kids--they can outlast the cat any day.  It bugs the crap out of my friend when I don't listen to her cat.  Weird, huh?

  • Yep. And my old boss has a FB page for her cat. Seriously.
  • How old is she?  I'm only asking because my 12 year old niece did this for her dog and thinks its cute - but she is 12!!!

WTF?! This is the weirdest thing I've ever heard. She needs a psychiatrist!
