XP: Fertility Specialists - NW Suburbs

Can anyone recommend a Fertility Specialist or an RE in the NW suburbs?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS, but am not too pleased with my treatment options from my gyno and want a second opinion.

I'm in Elk Grove Village, but anywhere that isn't too far away would be fine!
