Anyone else have this? It usually happens when I try to lift my leg up to put in or take out of pants. In my groin area. It is very annoying. What the heck is it (RLP?)?
I have pain when I lift my legs too (mainly my right leg) but it's in my lower back and mine is sciadic nerve pain... not sure what might be causing it in your groin.
It does kind of feel sudden/abrupt/stabbing - only happens when I lift my leg. Probably RLP. But, I also have sciatic nerve issues. The pain doesn't run down my leg in any way, so thinking RLP.
Yep I have this. It started at about 26 weeks or so. I have intense pain in my pelvic bones and it hurts to lift my legs at all. I have to sit on my bed to put my pants on in the morning. I have asked about it before and lot of other ladies chimed in that they have it too and it is called SPD. It's not fun!

AKKKK!!!! That's it! I just read a blurb on it and it completely describes the sensation. I also have that weird pain when I try to roll over in bed at night sometimes! Thanks. Now I have a starting point when I talk to my PT next week (my OB is sending me for an evaluation).

One thing that has helped me in bed (it hurts me to roll over too) is to keep my knees together as a roll over. If I spread my legs at all it hurts. Good luck with your PT! Hope it helps!

I have this too although it seems to be getting better. I thought SPD also, but my OB/GYN just thinks its RLP for me b/c the area that bothers me is so low, literally feels like I pulled a muscle near my vagina. I know, TMI!
Re: pain while lifting leg up to put on pants, etc.
is it a quick stab?
sounds like RLP to me if its just a quick little stab!
