I don't have a direct rec, but I know that Hospice provides grief counseling.

I can't recommend Worth Kilcrease highly enough.  He is SO good- he kept me sane after my miscarriages.  He specializes in helping people who have experienced the death of a loved one.

my DH really liked 'The Grief Recovery Handbook' by John James/Russell Friedman and has given it to friends who've had losses and they found it helpful too. his mom actually told him to read it right before she died.
