    Does anyone eat Puffins (cereal, not bird)? They're one pt per serving and have TONS of fiber.  I just eat them dry in the morning and find I'm totally satisfied until lunch.

  • Food - 5 - ate the exact # of my daily pts

    Activity - 1 - the most activity I had was cleaning.  I had to vacuum and clean the bathrooms and didn't have time to sit down until 9:30 last night. I plan on working out tonight.

    Motivation - 4 

    Thanks for the rec on the Puffins cereal.  I haven't tried that.  I've been having Chocolate Cheerios in the morning (and when my dh complained about the sugar I proved to him that it has less sugar than his raisin bran, lol).  I am looking to branch out to other things for breakfast - I'm getting tired of cereal.

    I've noticed that my pants are definitely fitting better and that I'm feeling a lot better in general.  I feel like I have a TON more energy - I think it's a combination of eating better foods and incorporating the exercise into my routine.

  • Food (rate how you did 1-5):4 Did really well yesterday.  Just went 3 points over, not too bad.  I drank all 8 glasses of water!

    Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5): 5, going to visit friends and family in a couple of weeks and i'd like to have a few more wardrobe choices:)

    Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.): for breakfast, i alternate with oatmeal (made with milk, fresh fruit and brown sugar, 6.5 pts) and high fiber english muffin with a slice of cheese and egg beaters with a cup of fruit (6 pts).  i will occasionally throw raisin bran into the mix:)

    Activity (rate how you did 1-5)  4- did 30-day shred, and took a short walk, went to target

    Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5) I feel crappy, i'm pissed i'm pretty much back where i started.

    Activity (rate how you did 1-5):  2 for activity.  I didn't make it to the gym, and it will depend on how crazy it is at work if I can sneak out and go today. 

    Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5):  5.  I can finally, honestly, say I'm at a 5. 

    Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.):  I'm just being really diligient about counting calories.  The MyFitnessPal Ap is awesome and makes it really easy to stay on top of.

    Activity: 5, I pushed Caroline around the neighborhood for an hour yesterday evening and I increased my pace

     Food: 4, I was perfect for lunch, but went a little over at dinner.  I was still in a good range, though.

    Activity: 1, I suck.  But my main thing is dieting right now, so if I do any sort of activity, I feel good about it.

    Motivation: 4, I already feel better today!

    Total weight lost: 2 out of 18 (I keep losing track since I've already lost some, so I'm starting over)
