I bought all new bottles since the ones we had for DD contained BPA. we didn't know when DD was born that BPA was a bad thing.
ETA: I also bought a moby wrap because I didn't know about those when DD was a baby. If you don't have one, I HIGHLY recommend one. It puts your baby in a close hold that leaves your hands free to take care of your older child. Last summer, I was even able to help my older child on the equipment at the park while my baby slept in the wrap. It's a lifesave when you have an older child asking for attention while your baby wants to be held.
Rash cream, bottles (I threw all of Giada's out), pacifiers, diapers, wipes, baby wash, infant tylenol, new hooded towels and washclothes (because she is still using hers and are ready to be thrown out), newborn socks (threw most of hers out), another humidifier for his/her room, new onesies (threw all of the plain white ones out), and if this one is a boy I will need all new clothes and bibs.
We're going to need pretty much everything new for baby #2. We still have DD's Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster, and we have a Maclaren stroller that we still use for her sometimes... otherwise, we have nothing for baby. We didn't have the storage to keep the stuff when DD outgrew it.
Mom to J (10), L (4), and baby #3 arriving in July of 2015
I'm on #3, but so far my list includes: bottles, new boppy/covers(mine got worn out after #2), breast pads/cream, tub(I think ours got tossed), bibs, onesies, pacifier, diapers, wipes, and a baby book.
