follow-up on "gush of fluid"

Went to OB and everything looks perfect. So happy! She said sometimes vaginal fluids can build up overnight and that was the most likely reason. However, a concern of amniotic fluid would be if it continued to trickle and especially noticeable with lying down and then getting up...she said amniotic fluid will pool in the vagina.
