My sister & BIL are finalizing my nephews adoption in May (right before his 2nd bday!), he's a foster to adopt and she's had him since he was 2days old. He has been an absolute blessing to our family, and we are all very excited to celebrate with them. Here's the question....I have been looking for a gift to give my sister, as  she's struggled with IF for many years, before being blessed with my nephew. I am thinking of a necklace, with the saying "Born in my heart" however, I am having a difficult time finding a piece of nice quality. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I too would try Etsy. I would just go on there and do a search for adoption under jewelry. I found several pieces that way.

I love Etsy, but James Avery has the exact saying on a charm that could be easily put on a necklace or bracelet. I have one on a charm bracelet I have with all of the children that have been in our home as we are foster parents.
