Help finding baby shoes

Hi Im hoping someone can help me I was at a shower today and there was a baby with the cutest booties on. I asked her mom and she was not sure what they were. I noticed that they had a label with a red z on them. They are like a slipper with a snap on the top. Does anyone know the name?
