Hi Everyone! I've been searching the site for a while now, but I'm new to posting and new to TTC. My husband and I are on month 1 and are only a few days away from testing!!! The wait is so hard! One minute I tell myself, "yes, I must be pregnant!" and the next it's the opposite. According to webmd I can test as early as Monday (tomorrow!!!) and AF is due on Wednesday, but my cycles do vary. Do you think Monday would be too soon for a +? My thoughts are so back and forth and I am honestly afraid of the disappointment of a -, even though it's only our 1st month. Until I started doing research, I think I believed that once you tried to get pregnant you pretty much would. I'm trying to get myself away from that thinking.... just incase!!! :) I'm just so excited about the possibilities and the joy that a BFP would bring. I will let you know when I test and how it goes!     Good luck!

    If you get your BFP, 1st Tri and the Birth Month boards are a great place to hang out.

    If you do not get a BFP, come on over to TTGP.

    Also, since your cycles are somewhat irregular, you may want to consider charting your cycle so you will know if and when your period is actually late. You can learn more about that from "Fertility Friend". You can get there by clicking on the ticker in my siggy.

    the only time i ever had trouble getting pg was when we were actually trying! lol...the other three times were totally by accident by not using bc that one time. then we dont use bc for like months and nothing...till now :-)  good luck! fingers crossed for your BFP!

    Not sure if you tested yet, but here are your chances of a positive:

    * 35% at 10dpo
    * 51% at 11dpo
    * 62% at 12dpo
    * 68% at 13dpo
    * 74% at 14dpo
    * 80% at 15dpo
    * 88% at 16dpo
    * 92% at 17dpo

     Since you posted this yesterday, I'm curious if you tested this mornign and what you got?

    Thanks for all the great info and support! My husband and I couldn't wait any longer after buying the pregnancy tests on Sunday, so I tested Sunday evening and got a BFN. AF is due tomorrow so I'm going to either test tomorrow morning or Thursday morning for the second time.... I'm not sure if I can wait until Thursday or not. I'll keep you posted. My goodness it's hard to wait! :) Whatever it may be it will be.... but obviously we're hoping for a BFP!
