So, I got tonsilitis on Thursday night and just kinda ate whatever friday and saturday. although, i must say, in the old days i would've taken it a lot further (like as an excuse to eat nothing but ice cream). the damage was a lot less than it would have been: i had a sugar free sno cone to soothe my throat instead of a milkshake. and even though we had homeslice last night as my "bad meal" i ate two pieces of pizza instead of three or four and had one garlic knot instead of two. mini victories for sure, but steps in the right direction.
Today was weigh-in today and there's actually no change from last week. However, I'm actually happy with it because last week on Monday I weighed three lbs more than i did on sunday. i don't think sunday's weight was actually accurate. So, I'll take the no-change as a win.

atlantic, mostly jealous that you had homeslice...i loooove it!!
Food (rate how you did 1-5): 4, doing WW has really helped me cut back on my sweets and random snacking.

Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5): 5, got some pants buttoned that i couldn't before (intermediate size), i wouldn't wear them in public, but soon:)

Cool, I'll join in! I thought there was just a weight loss check in, but I guess it didn't continue(?). I'm good with any check in, though! I need some accountability.
Food (rate how you did 1-5): 0.5,lol. I was really bad last night. REALLY. And I haven't been keeping track of my WW points. Oh, I measure everything, but it doesn't stop me from eating over my points!
Activity (rate how you did 1-5): 1 - I managed to get ONE workout done last week. That was it. I need to try harder.
Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5): 3. We've got some pictures coming up, and I don't want to look like a lard-ass in them. I just really need to track my points and take the time out for at least a couple of days worth of exercise, then I know I'd be losing.
Overall, I'm lighter than I was six months ago, so I'm not gaining or staying stagnant, so that's good. But I'm ready to be back to my old self again.

Food: 3 out of 5 - I didn't go over my WW pts but I didn't make the healthiest options either. I shared a cupcake with my DS yesterday. It tasted yummy though!
