I think lightning struck or nearly struck our house (everyone is fine but it was really scary). The TV and DVD players were plugged into a surge protector, but now they are not working. We were thinking of buying a new one, but now we can't even sell this one! Aaaahhhh. Damn.

Yikes!  Glad you guys are all ok!  Sucks about your TV and DVD player though.  Maybe there's a fuse you can replace?

Scary!!!  It was seriously storming around here (that's the loudest thunder I've ever heard), so I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened.    Thank goodness yall are okay.

Some surge protectors have a warrenty or something if you're using it and your stuff gets fried anyway. Might be worth looking into!
