Hello mamas and mamas to be! I just found out that I'm pregnant and now that I am, I need to find myself a doctor/hospital. I was wondering where you are planning or have given birth. What has been your experience? Good? Bad? Ugly?

I had DD at Riddle.  Great experience.

Great experience at Crozer. Riddle is good, too. I'd stay away from Del. County.

What did you hear about DCMH?  I had DS there and my experience was amazing.   I can't say one single negative thing.

I had DD at DelCo in Jnauary and it was wonderful.  The L&D nurses were amazing!

I had DS at Crozer and had a wonderful experience.  The labor nurses were awesome!  The maternity nurses were just ok.

I had DS at Lankenau, awesome place to have a baby, their NICU is Level III.  My OB is Lawrence Park OBGYN, they only deliver at Lankenau.

Friends of ours had a horrible experience there. But like with any place, I'm sure there have been "bad" experiences at where I delivered.

Same here!  Awesome hospital and practice!  I love my OB and will be having this next LO there as well.

Me too- same doctors and hospital.  I have to say that not just the doctors, but the hospital and nurses itself are amazing.  I am just coming from close to 4 weeks of hospital bedrest at Lankenau under the care of Lawrence Park OBGYNs and cannot say enough great things about them.  Lankenau is all single rooms too.
