When the doctor says you're at -1 station they're referring to the position that the baby is in reference to your pelvis. It's how doctor's measure how far the baby is as it descends through the pelvis for delivery. They've basically drawn an invisible line through the middle of your pelivs and when the top of baby's head is at that line your baby is at a 0 station. If your baby is at -1 it means tha it's head hasn't reached that line yet. When your baby is fully ready to deliver, I believe it will be at +3 station. I hope that makes sense
