    Yeah, I didn't track yesterday afternoon. Two pieces of pizza and then cereal before bed. Good news is I didn't like falling of the wagon. I weighed in yesterday at WW and it's been two weeks so I've lost 2lbs. Was anyone else at yesterdays lunch time meeting?

  • Food: 3 out of 5.  I stayed within my points range for yesterday but I have been trying to not use any of my weekly points in an effort to lose more weight.  Yesterday I dipped into 3 of my weekly points. 

    Activity: 0 out of 5.  I took a day off yesterday since I had already worked out M, T, W.  My body was tired and needed a night off.  I plan on working out tonight and tomorrow, and then taking Sunday off.

    Motivation: 4 out of 5.  Still feeling on track!

    I made up a batch of fly's chicken salad and it is YUMMY.  I have been having that for lunches.  1/2 a cup of it is only 3 PTS (I modified the recipe slightly to be 1.5 c chicken, 3T greek yogurt and 1T lowfat mayo) and then the sandwich rolls I use (the flat kind) are only 1PT.  I am going to be trying a few new WW and Cooking Light recipes this weekend so I'll update if I find anything that's good.

    It's time for the weekend so I'm hoping I can stay on track!

  • Food 3 I did okay yesturday still need more water

    Activity: 1 I did nothing

    Motivation:1  I feel like crap emotionally and it is affecting everything eles. i think I just need some me time without Lo or DH

    I have lost 4 lb and it feels good and I need to stay with it this time.

    Commentary -  I'm still sitting at the same amount of weight loss but I feel like my clothes fit differently, so who knows.  I usually weigh in at WW meetings but this week (Tues.) I weighed in at home.  I'm going to a morning tomorrow morning, so I'll be curious to see what the scale says there.  I'm taking the higher of the two numbers though! LOL :)

  • Wow!  Congrats to all the ladies who are so close (or OVER - Balihai!!!)! 

    Angelaggie - don't give up -- even coming here to check in is a major step - you know you are at least maintaining a focus!

    As for me...I was bad and didn't track yesterday.  I got a fever yesterday evening, ate a bunch of stuff and then went to the dr. this morning and got diagnosed with tonsilities (at first i thought i might have mastitis, so i'm really glad that isn't the case).

  • So, I've been wanting to lose a little bit of weight for a while and have been using school as an excuse forever. Well, I'll be finishing up on Monday, so no more excuses, not to mention some clothes I just bought a couple of months ago are getting a bit snug alreadyEmbarrassed I signed up on sparkpeople today and am actually pretty excited.

  • Food (rate how you did 1-5): 3 ... I didn't eat all day because of a dentist appointment, but when I did eat, I had chicken fingers, gravy, and french fries Embarrassed ... and two margaritas.

    Activity (rate how you did 1-5): 0 ... took xanax before the dentist and slept all day.

    Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5): 2 1/2

  • I love this idea!

    Food: 3 of 5. I'm trying to do better, but I bought a box of chocolate chocolate chunk cookies from Randall's for a playgroup on Tuesday and then no one came, so someone had to eat all those cookies and Leo isn't old enough to appreciated the nuances of double chocolate chunk and...well you get the picture.

    Activity: 3 of 5. We took walks every day that it was not raining. Yesterday I attempted to go to the gym, but was unable to because the universe hates me. I'm going to go tonight though :)

    Motivation: 4 of 5. I was paying for Weight Watchers Online but I've stopped. My motivation is down slightly, but I need to get back into it.
