update on my mom

Well, I would have updated sooner, but my Dad never called. He said he was too busy. My brother said "too busy" entailed reading a book when he got there. Angry

Everything went as expected. They placed metal plates, rods and pins...and had her up and walking within hours. Crazy! My brother said she looks really good. Of course I would have liked to have seen her while I was in Austin and told my dad as much, but apparently I don't count. Sad

I'm hoping to see her on Saturday.

LAME of your dad! But FANTASTIC that your mom is already up and around!! Wowza! That's great. Glad to hear she made it through the surgery with flying colours.
