Valco toddler seat?

I have a single Valco Runabout and am thinking of getting the toddler seat attachment instead of buying a pricey new double stroller.  Any reviews on this seat?

We have a runabout and toddler seat and love it.  My toddler can't beat up my baby, she likes being up high and I like not having a wide stroller.  Also, the stroller still folds up with it on (but is heavier).  The big downside is with my toddler in it the stroller is top-heavy so you have to be careful not to roll over!!!
