wrap size q

I know questions like this have been asked a million times before. sorry for asking again, but I found a storch on craigslist and it's 4.6 meters long (that's all the info the seller had) I am 5'3" and 130 lbs. Is that going to be too long?

TIA!

  • A 4.6 is roughly a size 6.  It's pretty long but you can definitely do every carry with that no problem.  Well except rebozo, it would be crazy to try and rebozo with that.  You could probably get away with a size 5 (roughly 4.2m) to do everything but if the price is good I'd go ahead and get the storch.  I went to you blog and I know you've been using the Moby so you're used to a lot of fabric.  And if you decide it's too long you can either sell or have it chopped and hemmed.  What colorway is it?  I have an Inka and I love her.  LOVE.

  • I'm 5'5" and 135 lbs. I have a strechy wrap that is 5.4 m and a gauze wrap that is 4.6 m. I think you will be fine with the 4.6. I find that one to be just fine not too much to spare at all and you are just a tiny bit smaller than me. I am fine with the 5.4 m wrap too but it is a lot of wrap!
