New to Board - Trigger Last night

Hi Ladies,

I'm new to the board. This is our first attempted at IVF after thre failed IUIs about 2 1/2 years ago.  I triggered last night and the ER will be on Friday at 7:30 am.  I'm feeling a little nauseous today, is that normal or could it be my nerves.  I just don't feel right, it could also be the bloating.  What sypmtoms  did everyone have if any?  (FYI I am a hypochondric and I could be conjuring this all in my head! :)

    I didn't have any symptoms from a trigger. If you've done IUIs in the past you should know what a trigger feels like. There is no difference between an IUI trigger and and IVF trigger. So I would say if you feel different than it's either the onset of OHSS (at which point you should call your doctor) or nerves. GL to you.

    Welcome!  I have ER on Friday too (and at the same time as you!)

    I have early onset OHSS and have a lot of the feelings you are describing.  I would recommend calling your RE so they know you are feeling this way and can be monitored even more closely.  They've given me a few recommendations and I'm feeling better.

    Thanks everyone.  I think it's just my nerves.  My nausea has stopped, I just need to relax today and think positive thoughts about tomorrow.

    Kim, I had an u/s yesterday and the nurse said, wow you must be uncomfortable with all the follicles I had but they didn't mention OHSS.  Good luck tomorrow!  Let me know how you make out.
